RETURNS

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at "hello@allegros.co" with details of the product and the defect.
Refunds (if applicable)
Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at “hello@allegros.co”.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at "hello@allegros.co".
Shipping
To return your product, you should contact us at “hello@allegros.co”. Our team will review your request and get back to you as soon as possible.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
International orders are shipped on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis, which means you will have to pay these fees separately when your order arrives. Duties and taxes are calculated based on the items ordered, your shipment destination and the value of your purchase, these are nonrefundable. If you have any other questions around duties and taxes, let Customer Care know.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
If your order has not been delivered within 18 business days, please contact us about your order within 2 months. After 2 months of fulfillment, we will not be able to arrange a replacement or refund the amount of your order.
If the package cannot be delivered by the carrier, they will hold the package for few days and they will return it to us. Buyers are responsible for tracking their shipment. If the shipment is sent back to us, we will not be able to refund the amount of the shipping. Only the amount of the item will be refunded. We can also re-send your package. Buyers are responsible for the shipping fee of resend.
